Чип MediaTek Dimensity с ядром Cortex-X5 следующего поколения появился в Geekbench

MediaTek recently выпустил its latest platform, the Dimensity CT-X1. This SoC is particularly important for two reasons: it is MediaTek’s first chip to be produced on a 3nm process, and it features the next-generation ARM Cortex-X5 processor core.

The Cortex-X5 core will also be the basis of MediaTek‘s upcoming flagship mobile chipset, the Dimensity 9400. Now, the Dimensity CT-X1 has appeared on Geekbench, probably from a test machine, showing what the Cortex-X5 can do.

The chip scored 1606 points in single-core and 5061 points in multi-core tests on Geekbench. These results fall short of competitors such as Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and even MediaTek’s own Dimensity 9300.
