Minister expects Belarus' economy to keep growing in coming months
Belarus will experience a steady economic growth in the coming months, Economy Minister Aleksandr Chervyakov told the Belarus 1 TV channel, BelTA reports. “We have laid a serious foundation for economic growth over the nine months.
We are now well positioned to fulfill the task set by the presidential decree — to achieve a GDP growth of 3.8% in the remaining months.
Growth continued through the tenth month, thus the increase is expected to be at least +0.1 percentage point. Everything is in place for industrial output to grow, there is a demand for Belarusian products in foreign markets.
